Redemptorist Appointments for the Archdiocese of Moncton

Here are the appointments of the Redemptorists concerning our Archdiocese.

For the pastoral units of Elsipogtog including the parishes of  Saint Anne’s (Elsipogtog), and Saint Kateri Tekakwitha (Indian Island) and the pastoral unit of  Our Lady of Hope including the parishes of  Immaculate Conception (Rexton) et Saint Peter (South Branch) :

Priest moderator :               Fr. Bill Bernard (appointed by the Provincial of Edmonton-Toronto)

Helping in Ministry:             Fr. Raymond Desjardins and Brother Gilles Marion

For the pastoral unit of  Marie, Étoile de la mer including the parishes of Sainte-Anne (Baie Sainte-Anne), Saint-Joseph (Pointe-Sapin), Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola (Saint-Ignace) and Saint-Louis des Français (Saint-Louis)

Priest Moderator :           Fr. Mario Doyle

Assistant-priest :              Fr.  Joseph Manh Thuong Nguyen (October 1st)

Helping in Ministry:         Fr.  Michel Mercier

Father Gilbert Lévesque and Brother Benoît Favero will be leaving our archdiocese to take up new appointments. We sincerely thank them for their services with us and wish them well in their new ministry.
