As is the case for many Catholic dioceses throughout Canada, the Archdiocese of Moncton has called upon a few of its faithful to share the Gospel of Christ as permanent deacons.

The Church of Moncton is indeed happy to announce a second ordination since the restoration of the diaconate as a full and permanent order in the Church.  It will take place on Saturday, May 11^th, at 10:30 AM, when the candidate, Armand LeBlanc, ready to accept the mission entrusted to him by his bishop, will become a deacon. The celebration, presided over by the Most Reverend Valéry Vienneau, will be held at Christ-Roi church in Moncton.  Everyone is cordially invited to participate in this happy event.
